Welcome to Notify.World (the "Site"). We respect that the information you store in your Notify.World account is highly personal and may be sensitive in nature. You are always in complete control of who can see your information.

1) Our purpose and mission, is to help individuals protect, organise and share their most important information in the safest digital environment.
2) Notify.World is built using privacy-by-design principles. You are our customer, not our product, and protecting your privacy is paramount.
3) Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your personal and sensitive information in accordance with the the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), SOC2 and ISO27001 standards.
4) We do not read, mine or sell your personal information.
5) Our Sites have been designed and built to ensure that the personal information you store and organise in your account cannot be seen, read or accessed by us.
6) Only you, and the connections you choose to share your personal information with, can view your personal information.
7) We don't use any AI tools. AI tools can potentially use your data to train their internal models. We are strict about privacy of your data and therefore we opt-out of using any AI tools.

We pledge the following

Anything you store in your account (“Private Submitted Items”) is private by default and encrypted with your own password.

The major advantage of Notify.World compared to other platforms is that we NEVER store your password in our system in plain text format. We use a sophisticated encryption techniques to hash your password (which is an irreversible operation, meaning we can't recreate your password out of it) and use special secret tokens to encrypt your documents. These secret tokens are further encrypted with your password which completely hides your documents from anyone but you.

Notify.World employees and adnimistrators of the system CAN NOT see your documents ever. What we can see is just an encrypted document which we can't decrypt without your password, that is again known only to you and not stored anywhere in our system.

Sharing of Private Submitted Items will always be opt-in. In other words, your Private Submitted Items will always be private unless you specifically choose to share them with someone. We will never make this choice for you.

Clarity and transparency are the guiding principles for how we design our privacy controls. You will always be able to see who has access to your Private Submitted Items and who does not. We make it as easy and simple as possible to update your privacy settings and manage who has keys to your account.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information when you provide it to us in the course of using the Site or the Services. The personal information that we require for our Site to operate properly includes your name and email. That we request during the registration process.

We do NOT collect any non-personal information, such as your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your Internet protocol (IP) Address.

We do NOT use any third-party usage analytics tools to track users.

We do NOT use cookies at all.

Our Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will disclose your personal information to protect or enforce our legal rights and policies, to protect or enforce the legal rights of a third party, or as we in good faith believe we are required to do so by law (such as to comply with a subpoena or court order, for example).

We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud and prevention and detection, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and to enhance and customize the user experience. Our Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. Most websites use cookies. We do NOT use cookies at all.

Requesting Data Deletion

We understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your personal data is handled with care and respect. If at any point you wish to have your personal data removed from our records, you can easily request data deletion by following these steps:

Log in to your Norify.World account, go to your Profile, select Personal Information and click on the three dots in the upper right corner. There you will find Close Account link.

Confirmation of Deletion: Once your data has been successfully deleted, we will send you a confirmation email.

Exceptions and Limitations: Please be aware that in some cases, we may need to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons. For example, if there are ongoing transactions or disputes involving your account, we may need to retain relevant data until these issues are resolved. Additionally, some data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period as part of our data protection strategy. However, this data will no longer be actively used and will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Impact of Data Deletion: Requesting the deletion of your data will result in the permanent removal of your account and inability to access our services. Please ensure you have saved or backed up any important information before requesting data deletion.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We consider protecting the security of your personal information as very important. When you enter personal information on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (sometimes referred to as "SSL"/"TLS"/"HTTPS"). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we do not guarantee absolute security. Opting-Out From Receiving Communications From notify.world

When you register to our Site, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you may opt-out by following the follwoing instructions: Log in to your Norify.World account, go to your Profile, select Settings and switch off "Subscribe to Notify.World newsletter".

Changes in Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time. We will notify you by email or on our Site or through an email whenever there is a change in our Privacy Policy.

Complaint

If you have any issues about this policy or the way we handle your Information, please contact us using the details below and provide full details of your complaint and any supporting documentation.

At all times, privacy complaints:
i) will be treated seriously;
ii) will be dealt with promptly;
iii) will be dealt with in a confidential manner; and
iv) will not affect your existing obligations or your commercial arrangements with us.

Our Privacy Officer will endeavour to: i) respond to you within 14 business days; and
ii) investigate and attempt to resolve your concerns within 30 business days or any longer period necessary and notified to you by our Privacy Officer.
